Lead the strategy, discovery, growth, and monetization of a consumer dating product within a large-scale mobile platform. Partner with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to turn ambiguity into measurable customer and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year product vision, strategy, roadmap, and core product experience
- Lead product discovery through wireframes, prototypes, user research, and continuous innovation
- Make prioritization trade-offs and deliver measurable user and business impact
- Lead collaboration across executive stakeholders, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and Trust & Safety
- Explain complex machine learning concepts and product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences
- Use KPIs, A/B tests, behavioral data, and qualitative research to guide decisions
- Identify and deliver customer-aligned monetization opportunities
- Mentor product colleagues and raise standards for product craft, documentation, and user-centered thinking
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in a senior or principal capacity
- Proven experience with B2C mobile applications at scale
- Significant experience with consumer products, marketplaces, or products matching people or content
- Track record of launching 0-to-1 products and navigating ambiguous, high-impact environments
- Strong data storytelling skills using user data and key metrics
- Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear, compelling communication
- Strong customer empathy and ability to turn data-backed insights into working MVPs

- Experience with user monetization in direct-to-consumer applications
- Curiosity about dating psychology, human connection, and the ethics of algorithmic systems
- Experience partnering with data science, machine learning, recommendation, or ranking teams
