Lead product strategy and execution for AI usage control capabilities within an enterprise cybersecurity platform. Partner with CISOs, security teams, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver secure, usable products.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for AI usage control.
- Engage CISOs and security teams to understand challenges and translate insights into product requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, opportunities, and differentiation.
- Use product engagement data, customer feedback, and key metrics to improve usability, adoption, and retention.
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch while maintaining alignment with strategy and user needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver high-quality products.
- Define, prioritize, and refine features while maintaining a structured backlog and supporting efficient execution.
- Communicate product value to internal teams, customers, and the market to support adoption and growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity products.
- Expertise in network security or AI security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams.
