Lead product strategy and roadmap for a high-performance storage and networking platform used in large-scale AI environments. Partner with engineering, architects, customers, and internal teams to turn complex infrastructure challenges into product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for the platform and infrastructure layer
- Own the product roadmap while balancing innovation, performance, and customer needs
- Partner with engineering to design and deliver high-performance capabilities
- Translate complex technical challenges into clear product priorities and decisions
- Work with customers and internal teams to understand use cases and constraints
- Monitor developments in storage, networking, and distributed systems
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and customers on advanced infrastructure challenges
Requirements
- Experience as a product manager in infrastructure, platform, or deep-tech products, or equivalent experience as a software engineer, architect, or sales engineer
- Experience with storage systems such as NVMe, SSDs, or RAID
- Experience with networking, high-performance protocols, distributed systems, or infrastructure platforms
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams on complex technical challenges
- Strong communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience making product decisions in fast-paced environments
Nice to have
- Familiarity with RDMA, InfiniBand, RoCE, GPUDirect Storage, or kernel-bypass networking
- Understanding of performance optimization metrics such as latency, throughput, and IOPS
- Experience with large-scale data or AI infrastructure
