Own the full lifecycle of AI products, from business discovery and hands-on prototyping through production launch, governance, and measurable business impact. The role partners with service, sales, claims, underwriting, engineering, data, security, legal, privacy, and compliance teams in a regulated
Responsibilities
- Own AI product lifecycles from problem framing and product requirements through launch, iteration, and scale-up
- Work with business units to convert operational challenges into measurable AI use cases
- Prototype agents and internal tools, test prompts and workflows, and iterate on guardrails
- Analyze agent performance and drive quality improvements
- Define and track product KPIs linked to business outcomes
- Coordinate AI governance reviews with GRC, legal, privacy, security, and data teams, including EU AI Act obligations
- Evaluate and manage AI vendors and technology partners across proofs of concept, commercial agreements, and delivery milestones
- Support an AI enablement program by helping business teams scope, build, and safely deploy solutions
- Manage backlogs, sprint planning, and releases in a fast-moving, multi-country environment
- Monitor new AI models, agent frameworks, and platforms and assess their practical applicability
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product management experience, including at least 1 year with AI, machine learning, or generative AI products
- Hands-on experience building and shipping an LLM-based agent, automation, internal application, or data pipeline
- Working knowledge of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, tool use, prompt and context engineering, evaluation, and guardrails
- Experience using SQL or equivalent tools to analyze data, define metrics, and interpret dashboards
- Experience working with enterprise vendors and cross-functional security, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders
- Strong written English and the ability to create clear product requirements and executive communications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data, business, or a related field
Nice to have
- Experience in insurance, fintech, or another regulated industry
- Conversational AI, contact-center, or voice-agent product experience
- Experience with AI governance frameworks or the EU AI Act
- Hebrew or experience with multilingual products
