Lead product development for a B2B cloud and AI cost management platform used by enterprise technical, finance, and FinOps teams. Own customer interactions across budgeting, analytics, assistant experiences, and data APIs, with a focus on emerging AI-related use cases.
Responsibilities
- Own customer interactions across FinOps data, budgeting, assistant experiences, and data APIs
- Define products for AI cost measurement, attribution, and management
- Develop AI agents that support FinOps teams
- Design the platform for AI agents to query and act through
- Conduct enterprise customer discovery and incorporate feedback into product decisions
- Prototype and ship iterative product improvements with engineering teams
- Re-plan priorities frequently based on customer and market learning
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience owning a complex B2B or data-heavy product used by technical users
- Demonstrated ability to ship quickly while maintaining product quality
- Ability to discuss APIs, data models, and technical tradeoffs with engineers
- Ability to discuss forecasting and business outcomes with finance leaders
- Enterprise customer experience, including discovery and difficult product decisions
- Strong independence and ability to operate in an evolving product environment
Nice to have
- Cloud, FinOps, DevOps, or infrastructure background
- Experience building with AI
