An AI-focused enterprise software company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own major modules across strategy, delivery, launch, and adoption. This individual contributor role reports to the VP of Product and partners with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Own major product modules from strategy through launch and adoption.
- Shape the global product roadmap and maintain a scalable, focused product direction.
- Translate complex enterprise requirements into lean, iterative delivery phases.
- Create detailed PRDs, user stories, UX flows, prototypes, research summaries, and demos.
- Partner with engineering and design to create intuitive field workflows and manage product trade-offs.
- Use AI tools daily and help define, build, and validate AI capabilities within the platform.
- Analyze customer conversations, collaborate with internal teams, and engage enterprise customers through calls and site visits.
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer success on positioning and enablement.
- Drive product adoption, operational efficiency, and customer value.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on product management experience.
- Experience building complex B2B SaaS products in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams.
- Daily hands-on experience with AI products, prototyping, and coding tools.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, system architecture, data structures, permissions, and technical dependencies.
- Ability to break complex initiatives into POC, MVP, and V1 phases and create implementation-ready PRDs, user stories, and UX flows.
- Strong prioritization and business judgment when balancing customer needs, roadmap goals, and technical trade-offs.
- Fluent English and Hebrew communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in construction, field operations, safety, compliance, or workforce management.
- Experience with mobile-first or field-facing operational products.
- Experience with complex enterprise systems such as ERPs, CRMs, role-based permissions, or advanced reporting.
- Experience working directly with US-based enterprise customers.
