Senior Product Manager

Lead product strategy and end-to-end delivery for an enterprise data platform that enables trusted AI experiences and data products. Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and customer-facing teams in a hybrid startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Influence product strategy and roadmap with Product Managers and leadership.
- Own product initiatives from problem discovery through delivery and adoption.
- Conduct customer discovery, user interviews, and product research.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements and detailed specifications.
- Define intuitive user experiences with Product Design.
- Partner with Engineering and Research throughout implementation.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Research, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, specification writing, analysis, and execution.
- Measure product outcomes and iterate based on customer feedback and usage.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience building B2B SaaS products.
- Experience building products for data, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or AI/ML users.
- Understanding of modern data ecosystems, including semantic layers, data warehouses, metadata, governance, or analytics platforms.
- Experience leading products from discovery through delivery in a fast-paced startup.
- Strong product discovery and customer interviewing skills.
- Experience writing Product Requirement Documents and working closely with Engineering.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Passion for AI and interest in using AI tools throughout product development.
