Lead the product lifecycle for embedded B2B payment solutions, from customer and market research through launch, measurement, and growth. Partner with enterprise customers, cross-functional teams, and engineering to define intuitive products and scalable integrations.
Responsibilities
- Work with large customers and partners to embed and expand the payment platform within their products and services.
- Build business cases for products and features using market research, competitive analysis, user interviews, and stakeholder feedback.
- Define success metrics and prioritize product features.
- Define business and technical requirements and write product specifications, feature cards, and related documentation.
- Guide engineering teams through the development of payment experiences.
- Understand partner domains, user behavior, workflows, and jobs to be done to identify context and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to product vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, and product-market alignment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager for B2B products serving large companies and enterprises.
- Experience with complex integration projects involving large customers or companies.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Ability to communicate product narratives and document problems clearly for research and development teams.
- Ability to collaborate across data, marketing, operations, business development, sales, design, and engineering.
- Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including regular engagement with partners.
