Lead the lifecycle, positioning, and performance of biomedical imaging products used in pathology, cytogenetics, and research laboratories. Partner with global, cross-functional teams to align products with customer needs and market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own product lifecycle and performance for the existing product line
- Identify product opportunities through customer engagement, competitive analysis, and industry research
- Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Participate in agile planning, backlog prioritization, sprint reviews, and release planning
- Analyze competitors, emerging technologies, AI applications, and digital pathology trends
- Coordinate product decisions and development activities with engineering, clinical applications, operations, marketing, sales, quality, and regulatory teams
- Support go-to-market planning, product messaging, launch materials, demonstrations, and training content
- Provide recommendations on features, pricing, scheduling, product extensions, labeling, and evidence generation
- Gather field insights and communicate product progress, recommendations, and risks to business stakeholders
- Represent products in customer presentations, conferences, and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, biotechnology, computer science, or a related technical field
- At least 5 years of product management experience
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Fluency with AI tools such as Copilot or Perplexity
- Experience developing product requirements, roadmaps, and business cases
- Familiarity with agile project management tools
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
