Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of advanced autonomous vehicle features, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, define product roadmaps, and ensure product excellence for global automotive partners.
Responsibilities
- Act as technical product manager, productizing and driving AV features to meet performance and quality goals.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Business Development to define product roadmap aligned with strategy.
- Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable product specifications.
- Define and monitor data-driven performance KPIs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
- Support pre-sale processes and customer onboarding.
- Partner with leading car manufacturers through workshops, test drives, and product tuning.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years managing technically complex products.
- Hands-on software development background.
- Proven customer-facing experience.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Nice to have
- M.Sc./MBA.
- Experience with computer vision or automotive products.
- Previous leadership experience in development management.
