Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across web and mobile.
  • Set product priorities with leadership and make clear build-versus-defer decisions.
  • Own pricing, packaging, plans, and subscription monetization alongside growth.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, market positioning, product offerings, pricing, reviews, and category developments.
  • Use AI tools to create specifications, prototypes, design directions, data analyses, and product copy.
  • Communicate product requirements through prototypes, annotated screens, recordings, or concise documentation.
  • Collaborate directly with engineering, customer success, growth, and leadership.
  • Evaluate conversational quality, voice and chat handling, business information capture, and escalation logic.
  • Track activation, time-to-value, trial conversion, retention, churn, ARPU, and LTV/CAC.
  • Query product data directly, validate tracking, and maintain measurable funnels.
  • Design and run experiments across onboarding, activation, pricing, messaging, and assistant experiences.
  • Make decisions from incomplete data, document assumptions, and adapt based on results.
  • Conduct interviews with micro-business owners and review calls and support tickets.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable problem statements and rapidly test concepts.
  • Remain accountable for product outcomes after release.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • End-to-end ownership of a self-serve consumer, micro-business, or SMB product across web and mobile.
  • Ability to operate as a hands-on, standalone product leader across research, specification, design collaboration, QA, analytics, and execution.
  • Daily use of AI tools for specifications, prototypes, design exploration, data analysis, and copywriting.
  • Strong competitor and market analysis skills, including product usage, pricing, reviews, and market developments.
  • Advanced analytical skills across funnels, cohorts, retention, conversion, churn, unit economics, and product metrics.
  • Ability to query and interpret product data using analytics platforms or similar tools.
  • Strong decision-making skills in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Track record of frequent releases, continuous experimentation, and iterative improvement based on user feedback.
  • Strong customer interview skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong UX judgment, design feedback skills, and comfort creating or refining product concepts.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI, LLM-powered products, voice or conversational interfaces, or productivity tools for small businesses.
  • Strong design sensibility and experience with Figma or AI-assisted design tools.
  • Experience with subscription pricing, packaging, trials, freemium-to-paid conversion, and paywalls.
  • Experience working in a startup or small autonomous team.
