Join a growing AI-driven startup as its sole Product Manager, owning the product lifecycle, strategy, roadmap, execution, and product operating processes. The role is based in Ramat Gan, Israel, near Savidor Center train station.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle from customer discovery and problem definition through roadmap planning, execution, launch, and iteration
- Build and manage the product roadmap based on customer needs, business priorities, market opportunities, and technical considerations
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points, workflows, and product opportunities
- Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and priorities
- Partner with Engineering throughout development and drive execution from concept to production
- Define product success metrics, analyze product usage and feedback, and improve the product continuously
- Establish and evolve product processes, methodologies, and ways of working across the company
- Serve as the company’s sole Product function with broad ownership across the organization
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on Product Management experience
- Strong experience managing B2B SaaS products
- Proven ownership of products or significant product areas from end to end
- Experience working directly with customers to identify needs and translate them into product solutions
- Experience partnering with Engineering and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make decisions in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfort working with high ownership and limited existing product infrastructure

- Experience with mobile products alongside SaaS products
- Experience in an early-stage or rapidly growing startup
- Experience establishing product processes or operating independently as a Product Manager
