Senior Outbound Product Manager
Senior individual-contributor product manager responsible for translating cybersecurity product capabilities, customer needs, and market insights into positioning, product priorities, and go-to-market execution. The role is fully remote and open to candidates in Europe or the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Research buyers, users, and market trends to identify customer problems and priorities.
- Define and validate target users, ideal customer profiles, personas, and supported use cases.
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, proof points, messaging, and collateral.
- Maintain competitive analysis, differentiation, unique selling points, and battlecards.
- Create launch narratives and enablement materials covering pitches, demonstrations, pricing, and objection handling.
- Translate market insights, customer needs, and commercial opportunities into product priorities and roadmap recommendations.
- Represent the product in webinars, events, and customer-facing engagements.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B cybersecurity product management, product marketing, or a related go-to-market product function.
- Practical knowledge of one or more cybersecurity areas, such as EDR, SIEM/SOAR, CTI/TIP, email security, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or security operations.
- Experience researching buyers, users, market dynamics, personas, and product use cases.
- Ability to turn customer insights, market opportunities, and competitive intelligence into product strategy, roadmap recommendations, positioning, or go-to-market execution.
- Strong understanding of security practitioners and security leaders, with the ability to communicate their needs effectively.
- Experience developing positioning, messaging, value propositions, competitive narratives, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing collateral.
- Ability to influence and align Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams.
- Experience presenting or facilitating webinars, customer briefings, product demonstrations, conferences, or other external engagements.
- Ability to communicate cybersecurity products and buyer challenges credibly to both technical practitioners and security decision-makers.
