Own the end-to-end mobile product across iOS and Android, including roadmap, customer experience, shared platform capabilities, and AI-powered features for institutional users.
Responsibilities
- Own the mobile product roadmap, strategy, and delivery across iOS and Android.
- Define and improve the mobile customer experience for institutional financial operations.
- Develop the mobile platform so other product teams can deliver features to mobile users.
- Define how proactive AI and intelligence capabilities are surfaced in the mobile experience.
- Use customer research and data analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Prioritize customer improvements, platform requirements, and long-term investments.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, security, and customer success teams.
- Lead features from problem definition and specification through launch, adoption, and iteration.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong data fluency, including writing queries and conducting independent analysis.
- Technical fluency and experience writing clear, detailed product specifications.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows and product decisions.
Nice to have
- Fintech, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or financial infrastructure experience.
- Experience with MPC wallets, custody platforms, or transaction approval workflows.
- Experience serving enterprise customers in high-security, high-stakes environments.
- Experience with AI-powered, mobile, or workflow-embedded features.
- Experience owning a mobile product domain.
