Own the creation, evolution, and performance of digital lottery games, delivering engaging and compliant player experiences from concept through lifecycle optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for iLottery game products
- Define game requirements and player experiences from concept to launch
- Partner with game development, engineering, and platform teams to deliver high-quality games
- Use data and player insights to optimize engagement, retention, and revenue
- Ensure games meet regulatory, responsible gaming, and jurisdictional requirements
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams on launches and lifecycle performance
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product management experience
- Experience with iLottery, iGaming, or other supervised digital products preferred
- Understanding of online lottery products and player behavior
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Data-driven approach with strong prioritization and partner management skills
- Authorization to work full-time in the job location without current or future visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- Experience with instant-win, draw-based, or hybrid iLottery games
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments
