Lead the strategy, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of data and AI products and solutions in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmaps for data and AI products.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, including discovery, specification, prioritization, development, launch, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Identify business needs and translate them into practical data products and technology solutions.
- Lead development of data platforms, analytical products, semantic models, and AI/ML solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineering, data science, development, cloud, infrastructure, and information security teams.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize requirements according to business value and user needs.
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance, adoption, and delivered value.
- Lead data governance, data quality, privacy, and access management processes.
- Establish a consistent organizational source of truth across systems and users.
- Lead change management, implementation, and stakeholder engagement in a complex organization.
- Evaluate generative AI use cases and lead them from concept through implementation.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and improve the user experience continuously.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of product management experience, including substantial experience with data, analytics, or AI products.
- Proven experience leading complex products end to end and turning them into active, adopted solutions.
- Experience with product strategy, roadmaps, backlog management, and prioritization.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, semantic models, single sources of truth, and data quality.
- Experience with AI/ML solutions for prediction, personalization, or automation.
- Knowledge of generative AI and the ability to identify and develop valuable use cases.
- Experience translating business needs into product requirements and systemic solutions.
- Experience with data governance, privacy, and information security.
- Ability to define success metrics, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working across multiple teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- High level of English.
- Strong systems thinking, analytical ability, product and business orientation, communication skills, initiative, and independence.
Nice to have
- Experience managing products in healthcare, the public sector, or regulated environments.
