Responsibilities
- Lead strategic business and product initiatives supporting organizational growth
- Identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities and translate them into product solutions
- Lead cross-functional projects and organizational transformation from concept through execution
- Partner with senior leadership, development, IT, marketing, and business teams
- Drive optimization, automation, and innovation initiatives
- Lead implementation of AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies
- Help shape and execute business and product strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Several years of product management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and complex projects
- Ability to translate business needs into technology-driven solutions
- Strong business and strategic judgment with a hands-on approach
- Experience collaborating with development teams and information systems
