Product Operations Lead
Lead product launch readiness, release operations, AI adoption, and operational improvement for a SaaS product organization. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and R&D to improve delivery, visibility, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional product launch planning, ownership, timelines, and readiness.
- Develop scalable launch playbooks with Product Marketing and standardize go-to-market processes.
- Track launch success through adoption, usage, retention, and other performance metrics.
- Prepare product documentation, release notes, updates, and internal enablement materials.
- Coordinate post-launch support and user-experience improvements with Customer Success.
- Build lightweight scripts, agents, digests, dashboards, and other internal tools to reduce manual work.
- Contribute to internal AI knowledge and workflow systems, and lead AI adoption across Product Operations.
- Define and optimize KPIs, dashboards, release processes, and product-operations workflows.
- Partner with R&D on deployment workflows, product maintenance, and incident-response guidelines.
- Improve coordination, release predictability, operational efficiency, and product visibility.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Development, or Product Lifecycle Management within a SaaS or technology-driven company.
- Experience coordinating feature or product delivery, launches, and releases.
- Experience with agile and Kanban development, release processes, and change management.
- Hands-on use of AI tools in professional work, with demonstrated outcomes.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or comparable release-tracking tools.
- Experience tracking and analyzing product performance metrics and improving execution.
- Ability to contribute to engineering discussions about technology decisions and product strategy.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SaaS business models, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
- Experience with customer adoption and retention analytics.
- Exposure to API-first or developer-focused products.
- Experience building internal tools or automations adopted by other teams.
- Familiarity with LLM workflows, prompt and agent design, or MCP connectors.
