Own and grow a live embedded payments platform for field service businesses. Lead payment capabilities, financial integrations, and fintech features in a regulated, data-rich environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the embedded payments product lifecycle
- Define and execute the product roadmap
- Expand payment capabilities and financial integrations
- Develop and launch new fintech features
- Translate financial and business logic into product requirements
- Partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams on regulatory requirements
- Use financial and product data to guide decisions
- Manage projects from conception through launch
- Deliver customer-focused user experiences
- Align cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product management experience
- Experience building and managing features in fintech, payments, or another regulated financial domain
- Strong understanding of payments, payouts, invoicing, or related financial workflows
- Experience working with legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders
- Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows
- Comfort working with financial data, reconciliation logic, and precision-sensitive edge cases
- Experience managing products from conception through launch
- Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions
- Experience with analytics tools and communicating data insights clearly
- Experience collaborating across engineering, legal, risk, support, and finance
- Experience working with US customers
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
