Product Manager, Cardiology
Manage strategic cardiology brands, including portfolio development, market strategy, budgets, business plans, product launches, and cross-functional execution in an international pharmaceutical environment. The role combines office and field work and may require overseas travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic brands, including brand strategy, budgets, business plans, and tactical marketing plans.
- Plan and achieve profitability and sales targets for the existing portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity, and changing market conditions.
- Develop strategic and operational marketing plans and drive initiatives supporting business goals.
- Identify and lead growth projects and portfolio expansion initiatives.
- Build business cases and support approval of new product launches and business development opportunities.
- Conduct business and financial reviews of potential opportunities.
- Identify and develop external opportunities through internal and external scouting.
- Develop consumer activation strategies and execute them through social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and support implementation of partner objectives.
- Manage alliances with strategic partners.
- Monitor program implementation and spending against allocated budgets.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, payers, budget holders, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, life sciences, medicine, nursing, or pharmaceuticals.
- At least 2 years of product management experience in an international pharmaceutical company.
- Extensive digital marketing and social media experience.
- Extensive B2C marketing experience.
- Strong analytical, strategic management, organizational, project management, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with coaching from a manager.
- Ability to manage and motivate employees.
- Strong presentation skills in English and Hebrew.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

- Master’s degree in Business.
- Experience working with cardiologists.
