Hands-on Product Manager responsible for the end-to-end development of an established B2B SaaS product serving professionals, agents, and agencies in financial services and insurance. The role partners directly with customers and development teams to turn business needs into practical product
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and workflows
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap according to customer and business needs
- Collaborate closely with development teams and other professional stakeholders
- Guide product development and implementation from defining the need through delivery
- Identify and independently drive opportunities to improve the product
Requirements
- Experience managing B2B SaaS products
- Strong process-oriented thinking and the ability to understand business workflows in depth
- Experience working directly with customers and translating their needs into product solutions
- Experience managing product backlogs and roadmaps
- Ability to work closely with development teams
- Initiative, independence, personal accountability, and the ability to lead tasks from concept through execution
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, insurance, FinTech, or operational systems
