Lead the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of an AI-powered knowledge management product for operational environments. The role connects business needs with technology and partners with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product lifecycle from planning and development through maintenance and optimization.
- Define the product roadmap and manage product lifecycle activities.
- Bridge business requirements with technological capabilities.
- Gather and analyze requirements from customers and key stakeholders.
- Write high-level product requirements documents and detailed product specifications.
- Collaborate with R&D, Design, Sales, and QA teams.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English.
- Engineering or operations background with the ability to use technology to streamline and optimize processes.
Nice to have
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, defense, or low-tech and mid-tech industries.
