Own product initiatives end to end for a newly funded AI automation startup serving healthcare and pharmacy stakeholders. Lead discovery, define requirements, collaborate with engineering and design, and deliver customer-facing functionality for US clients.
Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
- Research customer and advisor needs and synthesize insights
- Translate problem statements into flows, screens, requirements, and production-ready specifications
- Map integrations and data flows
- Define MVP scope, dependencies, acceptance criteria, user stories, and priorities
- Develop and shape the product roadmap
- Collaborate with management, engineering, design, and clinical operations advisors
- Use data and customer feedback to improve the product
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product management experience
- Track record of shipping and scaling customer-facing products
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
- Experience working directly with US clients and stakeholders
- B2C or B2B2C product experience
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and across multiple responsibilities
Nice to have
- Experience with regulatory infrastructure and healthcare systems
- Background in health or pharmacy through education or previous work
- Design, UI/UX, or project management skills
