Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of an application security engine portfolio within an enterprise SaaS platform. Manage product leaders and partner with engineering, research, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver accurate, scalable, and trusted security products
Responsibilities
- Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the engine portfolio
- Make investment trade-offs across product engines
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management team
- Set and maintain quality and performance standards across engines
- Define measurable detection quality and performance outcomes
- Align engineering capacity and delivery commitments with the roadmap
- Convert customer, market, and competitive insights into differentiated product strategy
- Align go-to-market, sales, marketing, and customer success teams around the product narrative
- Engage enterprise customers and executive stakeholders to validate direction and resolve escalations
- Represent product strategy in executive reviews, customer briefings, industry events, and analyst engagements
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a SaaS environment
- 3+ years leading product teams in a fast-paced technology environment
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise security products
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and lean principles
- Experience working with enterprise customers, C-level stakeholders, and technical users
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, application security, or developer tooling
- Strong perspective on AI/ML product development and familiarity with the AI/ML lifecycle
