Responsibilities
- Manage the Product Team Lead
- Connect business needs with technology solutions
- Identify and advance business initiatives, processes, and strategy using business insights
- Work with Development, IT, Marketing, and business units
- Lead cross-functional projects and processes with management, business partners, and vendors
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation in business and operational processes
- Lead AI and automation implementations with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of significant managerial experience
- Experience in product management or a related product role
- Strong business and strategic thinking
- Excellent execution skills
Nice to have
- Master’s degree
- Experience in fintech or insurance
