A recruitment firm is seeking a product manager for a financial organization in Central Israel. The role leads data and AI initiatives from identifying business opportunities through production and measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead business objectives from identifying challenges and opportunities through production and measurable outcomes.
- Analyze data to identify failures, gaps, and business opportunities.
- Define and implement machine-learning and GenAI solutions within core business processes.
- Define KPIs and evaluation methodologies.
- Collaborate with data science teams and business users to understand needs and develop effective solutions.
- Coordinate work across data, development, UX, and business teams in a large organization.
Requirements
- At least three years of end-to-end product management experience in a commercial company.
- Experience taking a GenAI or machine-learning product, feature, or process into production.
- Experience with data analysis, metric definition, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and clearly present complex products and their business impact.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SQL and Python.
