Lead Product Management and Engineering as an integrated organization while serving as the senior executive for the Tel Aviv office. Own product strategy, technology vision, delivery execution, customer outcomes, AI adoption, and organizational scale for a cybersecurity platform.
Responsibilities
- Own Product Management and Engineering, including product strategy, technology vision, delivery execution, and customer and partner outcomes.
- Align product and engineering around high-value priorities and create a predictable, high-velocity release engine.
- Apply AI and automation across discovery, design, development, testing, documentation, release, support, and analytics.
- Guide cybersecurity product capabilities spanning endpoint security, endpoint management, EDR/XDR, prevention, detection, response, and MDR workflows.
- Develop product-led experiences that accelerate activation, adoption, expansion, self-service, and measurable customer value.
- Establish operating rhythms across product, engineering, security, and business teams.
- Serve as Managing Director of the Tel Aviv office, supporting its stability, culture, cohesion, continuity, and talent growth.
- Build feedback loops with customers, partners, sales, customer success, support, security operations, and engineering teams.
- Potentially oversee or closely integrate security operations, adversary operations, detection IP, MDR delivery, cyber research, data science, infrastructure, and incident response.
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience owning Product and Engineering at a high-growth B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, endpoint, endpoint management, or security-platform company.
- Deep cybersecurity expertise, particularly in endpoint security, endpoint management, EDR/XDR, detection and response, MDR, SOC workflows, threat research, or adjacent areas.
- Experience building product-led growth experiences that improve activation, adoption, usage, expansion, and customer value.
- Track record of increasing engineering velocity while maintaining quality, reliability, security, and customer trust.
- Current understanding of AI-enabled software development and AI-native product strategy.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, customer listening, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling a cybersecurity product organization through a growth stage.
- Experience with MSP, SMB, channel-led, or partner-centric go-to-market models.
- Based in Tel Aviv, Israel, or Tampa, Florida.
