Field Service Engineer

Provide field maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and technical customer support for industrial filling equipment and associated systems across Israel.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on filling machines and auxiliary equipment
- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and upgrade equipment to improve reliability and operational efficiency
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and operators
- Support production issue resolution, operator training, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Follow quality, safety, company, and customer-site requirements
- Prepare technical reports, manage warranty claims and spare parts, and document customer needs and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Technical diploma or degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial automation, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of industrial field service or maintenance experience
- Knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, mechanics, servo drives, and industrial automation
- Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and service reporting systems
- Valid Israeli driving license and willingness to travel frequently throughout Israel
- Availability for flexible hours and emergency customer support outside regular working hours
Nice to have
- Basic PLC diagnostics experience with Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent systems
