Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

Lead the company’s IT infrastructure and support function, manage a technical support team serving local and international users, and oversee reliable, secure technology operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, backup, communications, endpoint devices, software, hardware, and peripherals.
- Develop IT work plans based on organizational needs.
- Define and implement technology solutions that improve business operations.
- Manage a user-support team serving users in Israel and international subsidiaries.
- Train and develop team members and transfer knowledge on current solutions.
- Maintain a high level of service for users.
- Manage relationships with IT integrators and service providers.
- Manage IT procurement and negotiate with suppliers and service providers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with storage, virtualization, Office 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Experience managing enterprise communication networks.
- Experience supporting users and working with managers.
- Experience managing and leading a technical team.
- Excellent written and spoken Hebrew and English.
- Strong technical orientation, self-learning ability, organization, and service orientation.
Nice to have
- Microsoft MCITP certification.
- Information security certifications.
- VMware virtualization experience.
- Experience with firewalls, NAC, and Check Point solutions.
- VEEAM backup experience.
