Lead IT infrastructure and operations for a multi-site organization, ensuring availability, business continuity, security, and effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT infrastructure and operations, maintaining high availability, business continuity, and service quality.
- Develop and execute infrastructure strategy, architecture, and a multi-year roadmap.
- Lead cloud, networking, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and enterprise infrastructure modernization projects.
- Advance automation and AI solutions to improve IT operations and user experience.
- Implement and manage ITSM platforms and advanced IT processes.
- Strengthen internal capabilities through knowledge transfer, operating-model improvements, and increased in-house ownership.
- Manage vendors, strategic partners, outsourcing arrangements, and SLAs.
- Lead and develop the infrastructure team while fostering a culture of service excellence.
- Work with information security stakeholders on security controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Relevant academic degree.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure within a medium-sized or large organization.
- At least 3 years of experience managing infrastructure or IT operations teams.
- Experience developing infrastructure strategy and leading technology transformation projects.
- Experience implementing and managing IT service management systems.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
- Knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, backup, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience managing vendors, outsourcing arrangements, and service-level agreements.
- Experience working in multi-site environments.
- Experience collaborating with information security teams and implementing security controls.
