Responsibilities
- Operate AS400 systems, including system-level functions.
- Provide systems administration and infrastructure support.
- Assist the help desk with complex technical incidents.
- Perform system upgrades and establish servers.
- Maintain, implement, and manage communication networks and storage systems.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience operating and maintaining AS400 systems.
- At least 5 years of experience working in an insurance company.
- Professional training or courses in IBM systems and AS400 operating environments.
- Training in computer networking.
