A full-time, on-site role in Herzliya focused on monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network, server, security, and IT infrastructure environments in a 24/7 shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network, server, and information security systems.
- Handle infrastructure incidents end to end and coordinate resolution with Tier 3 teams and vendors.
- Provide administration and support for Windows and Linux environments.
- Maintain Palo Alto firewall infrastructure.
- Administer VMware and Proxmox virtualization environments.
- Manage backups and perform ongoing infrastructure maintenance.
- Document incidents and improve operational processes.
- Work closely with the IT team.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot network, server, and information security incidents.
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
- Experience with virtualization environments such as VMware or Proxmox.
- Experience managing backups and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Ability to work full-time in a 24/7 shift-based schedule in Herzliya.
