IT Infrastructure Specialist

Recruitment is open for several full-time IT infrastructure positions supporting critical enterprise systems and large-scale technology projects. The roles are office-based in Petah Tikva with no hybrid option and require availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Operate and support critical enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Manage Microsoft, VMware, Linux, cloud, virtualization, storage, and backup environments.
- Plan and manage disaster recovery and business continuity infrastructure.
- Support hybrid and multi-cloud environments and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
- Automate infrastructure operations using Bash and Python.
- Contribute to large-scale technology projects and ongoing infrastructure improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, depending on the position.
- Experience with advanced enterprise infrastructure technologies and critical production environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft and VMware environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, vSphere, and virtualization infrastructure.
- Experience designing and managing disaster recovery and business continuity environments with Veeam, including multi-site deployments, immutable backups, and RPO/RTO concepts.
- Advanced experience with Linux and cloud environments, including Bash or Python scripting, hybrid or multi-cloud environments, and infrastructure as code.
- Availability to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
- Ability to work from the Petah Tikva office; hybrid work is not available.
Nice to have
- Native Arabic is a significant advantage.
