Help Desk Technician

Provide first-line technical support for employees across Windows and macOS environments, workplace technology, endpoint management, identity systems, and collaboration spaces.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support by phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365, and endpoint issues
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device preparation, account provisioning, access management, and equipment collection
- Administer devices with Microsoft Intune, including compliance, software deployment, and lifecycle management
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests through Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory
- Support conference rooms, printers, AV systems, and workplace collaboration equipment
- Provide technical support for internal events, town halls, and employee meetings
- Maintain accurate asset inventories and IT documentation
Requirements
- Hands-on IT support experience in mixed Windows and macOS environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and end-user technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management and MDM platforms
- Familiarity with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience supporting conference room technologies, AV systems, and workplace collaboration platforms
- Hands-on experience with Crestron, Zoom Rooms, or Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Experience improving help desk processes, documentation, knowledge bases, or self-service capabilities
