Requirements
- Professional background in accounting, controllership, finance, or financial systems
- Strong technological orientation and ability to learn information systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Customer-oriented, patient, and service-minded approach
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Self-motivated, able to learn independently, and comfortable working under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time-management skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Priority or other ERP products
- Customer service or technical support experience
- Experience implementing, consulting on, or supporting accounting systems
- CPA or Tax Advisor certification
- Experience delivering user training or conducting training sessions
