Endpoint Infrastructure and Support Team Lead
A leading healthcare organization is seeking an Endpoint Infrastructure and Support Team Lead to manage enterprise endpoint and mobile infrastructure and lead the Tier 3 infrastructure support function. The role is based in Tel Aviv and follows a hybrid, full-time arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Own the organization’s endpoint infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Build, maintain, and distribute endpoint images at national scale, including broad deployment processes and patch management.
- Administer MDM and Intune environments, including policies, endpoint security, and equipment lifecycle management.
- Operate and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
- Monitor endpoint user experience, investigate incidents, analyze performance, and identify improvement trends.
- Manage the Tier 3 infrastructure support layer and resolve complex, organization-wide service incidents.
- Coordinate Tier 1 support, field technicians, and infrastructure teams, including escalation management.
- Evaluate, implement, and lead the adoption of new endpoint infrastructure technologies.
- Establish and enforce standardized processes and organizational standards to improve availability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and develop team members while prioritizing work and meeting objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering, or equivalent advanced technical training or technology-unit experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in endpoint infrastructure, systems, or related fields.
- Previous experience managing a technology team or providing significant professional leadership.
- Proven experience managing Windows endpoints.
- Experience with SCCM and/or Intune.
- Experience writing PowerShell scripts.
- Experience managing or working with Tier 1 support centers.
- Strong leadership, coordination, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across multiple teams in a high-pressure environment and maintain ongoing technical learning.
Nice to have
- Experience with Citrix environments.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, including hardening, policies, and EDR.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, GPO, and Windows Server environments.
