An experienced Computer Technician is sought to join a project IT team at a leading security organization in Be'er Ya'akov. The role provides internal technical support in a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide internal technical support for organizational projects
- Install, maintain, and upgrade computers, printers, and peripheral equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktop and laptop computers
- Operate and manage Windows operating systems
- Use ticket-management systems and prioritize tasks
- Coordinate with networking, information security, and other IT teams
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a computer technician in an enterprise environment
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and communication protocols
- Experience providing end-user support in a large organization
- Independent problem-solving skills and logical thinking
- Willingness to collaborate with IT and other organizational teams
- Availability for full-time work and occasional non-standard hours
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE or CompTIA A+
- Experience supporting large organizations
