Implement and optimize Salesforce and insurance software solutions by translating client requirements into scalable configurations, automations, integrations, and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into Salesforce and product solutions.
- Configure, customize, and deploy Salesforce applications.
- Design data models, automated workflows, validation rules, permissions, and process flows.
- Implement integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience through automation and AI capabilities.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain implementations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong Salesforce configuration and automation skills, including Flows, validation rules, permissions, and data management.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions and process flows.
- Understanding of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex or Lightning Web Components.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
- Experience identifying opportunities to use Salesforce AI and automation capabilities.
