A large organization is seeking a senior Salesforce professional to lead implementation, optimization, and end-to-end business process initiatives. The role combines hands-on platform work with coordination across business, technical, and adjacent systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce implementation and optimization initiatives.
- Plan and implement end-to-end business processes on Salesforce.
- Analyze and design business processes.
- Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate business and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with adjacent organizational systems.
- Provide hands-on Salesforce administration and implementation support.
- Drive ongoing process improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience working with internal customers and senior business stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing and designing business processes.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow Builder, reports and dashboards, permission sets, and the Salesforce sharing and security model.
- Strong analytical and business skills with a broad system-wide perspective.
- Ability to lead processes, coordinate stakeholders, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong technical understanding combined with a business mindset.
