Join an internal systems team developing and implementing end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for a customer care organization. The role is fully office-based, five days per week, and involves close collaboration in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement complex Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Write JavaScript REST services for Dynamics 365 Cloud
- Create customizations, plugins, and web resources with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Conduct and oversee deployment processes
- Collaborate with the team in an Agile/Scrum environment
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Dynamics 365 Cloud development experience
- At least 4 years of experience with C# and .NET Core
- Deep knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
- Practical experience with JavaScript and REST services
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, motivated, and able to learn quickly
