A leading company is seeking an experienced SAP CRM Implementation Specialist to implement, maintain, and optimize CRM processes and system capabilities within its finance function.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, implement, and maintain business processes in SAP CRM.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Lead end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Maintain, improve, and optimize existing processes and system capabilities.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, development, information systems, and business teams.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an SAP CRM Implementation Specialist.
- Experience in business and system analysis and process implementation.
- Experience working directly with business users and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with system integrations and interfaces.
- Experience in financial services or finance-related environments.
- Relevant academic degree.
