Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor Salesforce implementers
- Own the Salesforce platform roadmap, delivery, and application evolution
- Lead architecture decisions for data models, integrations, automation, and DevOps
- Validate scalable solution designs with internal teams and business stakeholders
- Drive AI-powered workflows and solutions across internal processes and customer-facing products
- Lead technical execution from solutioning through production deployment
- Manage sprint capacity, velocity, and quality reviews
- Track metadata and configuration across environments
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and release dependencies
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience
- At least 3 years in Salesforce architecture or a senior technical role
- Expertise in declarative configuration, platform architecture, Salesforce Flow, and secure scalable frameworks
- Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Experience designing and maintaining integrations with external systems
- Strong understanding of deployment tools and CI/CD for source-driven automated deployments
- Experience with Agile or Scrum, Jira, and cross-functional lifecycle governance
- Relevant academic degree in information systems, industrial engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience deploying generative AI solutions in production enterprise environments
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
