A leading organization is hiring an experienced Salesforce Developer to join its R&D team. The role involves working with business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions and leading end-to-end development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions
- Build applications on the Force.com platform
- Develop integrations and web services
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with business analysts, product owners, and developers
- Own solution planning, development, testing, and change management
- Lead cross-organizational Salesforce initiatives
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Force.com IDE, and web services
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Base44, or Agentforce
