A home-furnishings company is seeking a full-time Salesforce CRM Implementation Specialist for its information systems team in Rosh HaAyin. The role leads cross-organizational systems projects, supports users, and improves business processes through automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead information systems projects from requirements analysis through go-live.
- Support and guide organizational users.
- Develop automation capabilities and improve business processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional implementation and integration activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing Salesforce information systems.
- Advanced SQL skills for databases, reporting, and integrations.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience analyzing, implementing, and deploying cross-organizational processes.
- Broad systems perspective with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Significant experience with Workato interfaces and integrations.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong motivation, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and leadership capabilities.
