Lead complex, end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation projects for a large organization, from requirements analysis and solution definition through go-live and adoption. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders and drive teams in a complex environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex Salesforce CRM projects from requirements definition and solution design through go-live and implementation
- Analyze business processes and define Salesforce-based solutions
- Plan integration architecture and coordinate APIs and web services
- Work with multiple business and technology stakeholders
- Drive project teams and implementation activities in a complex environment
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience managing and leading information systems projects
- At least 5 years of significant experience leading Salesforce-based projects
- Proven experience in systems analysis, business process definition, solution design, and integration architecture
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, including its data model, Flows, security model, and integration patterns
- Experience with APIs, web services, and Agile methodologies
- Strong leadership, systems thinking, stakeholder management, and team-mobilization skills
Nice to have
- Experience in large financial-sector organizations
- Experience establishing a new enterprise CRM system or leading large-scale transformation projects
- Salesforce Architect or Application Architect certification
- Knowledge of data governance, master data, and data quality management
- Experience leading AI and generative AI solutions on Salesforce
