Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize company-wide technology systems, cloud platforms, and software networks.
- Lead implementation and integration of ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
- Provide technical support and resolve complex system issues.
- Manage relationships with external technology vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes through technology.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in technology systems management or system administration.
- High-level written and verbal English proficiency is required.
- Experience managing cloud services, business software, and enterprise technology infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
