Lead software implementation and managed-services engagements for enterprise customers, designing AI-enabled workflows, configuring solutions, and guiding adoption. This hybrid role is based in Tel Aviv with three office days each week.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation, implementation, and managed-services engagements
- Discover customer outcomes and build stakeholder relationships to drive adoption
- Map and improve business processes before solution development
- Design workflows and relational data structures for complex business cases
- Configure AI agents, automations, reporting, and lightweight integrations
- Manage project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Deliver webinars, training, consultations, and product demonstrations
- Create documentation, walkthroughs, and handover artifacts
- Represent customer needs in product development discussions
- Contribute reusable implementation patterns and assets to a shared library
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in implementation consulting, solutions consulting, or technical project management within enterprise software
- Native or high-level English and Hebrew
- Experience leading software implementation or managed-services projects involving hands-on configuration and solution building
- Fluency with generative and agentic AI tools and intelligent workflow design
- Understanding of AI reliability practices, including human review and output validation
- Knowledge of computational thinking, systems design, relational data structures, and business process design
- Working knowledge of integration platforms such as Make and Zapier, plus foundational API knowledge
- Strong customer-facing, presentation, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree
- Foundational knowledge of GraphQL and MCP
- Experience with deployment strategists and technical resources
