Responsibilities
- Implement and deploy ERP systems across the organization
- Implement and support inventory, procurement, and warehouse management processes
- Gather and analyze requirements from users and business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
- Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout implementation
- Provide ongoing end-user support and training
Requirements
- Hands-on ERP implementation experience
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including inventory, procurement, and warehouse management
- Experience gathering requirements, analyzing user needs, and writing functional specifications
- Ability to work effectively with users, business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams
- Strong teamwork, listening, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Understanding of business processes, preferably in retail
- Academic degree
- Background or certification in information systems analysis
