Lead end-to-end Priority ERP projects and business process improvements, including solution design, customization, integrations, support, and stakeholder enablement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Priority ERP projects with end-to-end ownership of processes and deliverables
- Maintain system availability, performance, and operational stability while providing second- and higher-level support
- Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and deliver implementations
- Develop Priority customizations and system extensions
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and provide guidance, training, and ongoing support
- Manage external consultants and developers
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Integrate Priority with third-party platforms
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Priority ERP implementation experience from design through delivery
- Academic degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Project management, analytical, technical, communication, and service-oriented capabilities
- Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with Priority financial, logistics, sales, and procurement modules
- Experience with pharmaceutical industry processes
