- Ability to analyze business needs and write functional specifications.
- Experience managing requirements, changes, system development, and cross-functional projects.
- Ability to coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, suppliers, and internal users.
- English communication skills for collaboration with teams and suppliers abroad.
